Business Membership is available to foot care practices seeking organizational affiliation with AFCNA. This membership allows the business to be listed separately and independently from individual member accounts. While the business itself is not eligible to vote, make motions, or serve on committees, task forces, or the Board of Directors, individual members within the business who hold Full Membership retain all their participation rights.

Membership Terms

1. Membership Fees: All membership fees paid to AFCNA are non-refundable. Members will receive email notifications that their membership is about to expire and to update their payment information if required. Thirty (30) days and fifteen (15) days prior to the renewal date, all members (regardless of payment method) will receive an email notifying them their membership will soon expire. Two (2) days prior to the day of renewal, the member will be notified their membership is about to expire and to update their payment information if required. 

2. Auto-Renewal: If auto-renewal is selected, each year on your anniversary date of the renewal date, the member’s credit card will automatically be charged.  

3. Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are final and will not be refunded under any circumstances. 

4. Membership Benefits: Business practice membership grants access to various resources and benefits. However, once your membership expires, you will no longer have access. 

5. Membership Term: Membership is valid for one year from your enrollment date and expires on the anniversary of that date the following year.

By purchasing/renewing an AFCNA annual membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
