Dr. Overstreet was the Director of the Overstreet Wound Care Center in Bellevue, Washington for 19 years. 
This was a mul
tidisciplinary wound care team providing  evidence based Wound Care for the Eastside of the Seattle, Washington area. 

For 15 years she has lectured regularly on Advanced Wound Care and High Risk Foot Care for the University of Washington Department of Continuing Nursing Education.  She has presented at annual conferences for the WOCN, National Lymphedema Network, the American Professional Wound Care Association, and the UW Annual Advanced Practice Conference.  She is currently the Director and principle presenter for Rainier Medical Education Programs.    

Bonnie Ackles, BSN, RN, CFCS

As a former Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner and Washington State Long Term Care Ombudsman, Bonnie has spent the past several decades advocating for the needs of the senior community. Her special interests and board certifications have included Occupational Health Nursing, Rehabilitation Nursing, Disability & Case Management, Legal Nurse Consulting, Hospice Care and Certified Foot Care Specialist. Bonnie provides oversight for the Edmonds Senior Center Foot Care Clinic (pro bono), in addition to operating her own private practice THE VISITING FOOT CARE NURSE, which provides basic and high risk foot care, assessment and referral. She also assists clinically at the Rainier Medical hands-on foot care training workshops.



Debbie Fleming, BScN, RN, CFCS

As a former member of the Canadian militia and as a military family member, Debbie has been active in community service for over 30 years in Nova Scotia, PEI, Kentucky, Ontario, and currently in Alberta.

As a mobile advanced foot care nurse, she provides care for clients in their homes with a focus on information sharing and collaboration to support and empower individuals to make informed choices for their own wellbeing.

Debbie has served as Membership Chair and as Treasurer for the Canadian Association of Foot Care Nurses and, with the American Foot Care Nurses Association, she continues her passion for collaborative communication and networking of all members to strengthen the association of foot care professionals nationally and internationally
