REFUNDS:

**All refund requests must be submitted via email at:

Who may qualify for refund:

• Applicants who do not meet eligibility requirements

• Applications not completed within 180 days of submission

If approved, the refund amount will be the original fee paid, less a processing fee of $50.00.
